Baylee Carroll MS, RDN, CDN, is a Clinical Dietitian with the Western New York Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders, providing specialized nutrition support and education for individuals affected by eating disorders. She serves as the clinical dietitian for Project ECHO, acting as an information resource for providers. Baylee also delivers presentations to community members and professionals, helping to expand knowledge of nutrition in eating disorder treatment and support improved care across Western New York.
