Dr. Dayton R. Walsh, PhD
Interim Director & Clinical Psychologist
Hello, and welcome.
I’m Dayton Walsh, a clinical psychologist dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based eating disorder care across Western and Central New York and beyond.
Since 2016, I have served as the psychologist for WNYCCCED and the Project ECHO Eating Disorder (EDO) team, supporting clinicians through case consultation, education, and evidence-based practice. Since June 2025, I have also had the privilege of serving as Interim Director of WNYCCCED, which has allowed me to connect more deeply with the Center’s work and the incredible people who make it possible.
In my clinical work, I draw on relational cultural theory and developmental frameworks to support individuals and families navigating eating disorder recovery. I’m committed to reducing barriers to care, empowering families, and helping providers feel confident and supported in their work.
