About Me

I’m Maggie Quinn, a life coach dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of recovery and personal growth. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and became certified as an Integrative Coach in 2012 through the Ford Institute, where I deepened my understanding of mind–body connection, behavior change, and compassionate, sustainable transformation.

My work blends evidence-based practices with intuitive, trauma-informed coaching. At the Western New York Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders, I support patients and caregivers through individual coaching, group work, and my Food for the Table program—a hands-on, community-based experience that helps people rebuild confidence and connection through learned skills, exposure work, and preparing meals together.

My approach is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I meet each person exactly where they are, helping them cultivate awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
