About Me

Hi, I am Nicole Watson Bartlett and I am the Project ECHO Coordinator and Peer Mentor for the Western New York Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders. In my role as Project ECHO Coordinator I oversee the development and implementation of ECHO programming, helping providers expand their knowledge of evidence-based case for eating disorders through collaborative learning and case-based education.

As the peer mentor, I provide patient-centered guidance grounded in empathy, lived experience, and recovery-oriented principles. I support individuals and their families as they navigate treatment and connect with resources.
